Ian Buscombe - Principal BDK Buscombe
CPA, ACIS, FTIA.

Ian has been in public practice since 1988, prior to which he enjoyed a career in Senior Financial Management, in national advertising agencies based in Sydney.

Escaping the "Big Smoke" in 1988, he settled on the Sunshine Coast as a pioneer of the "Sea Change" phenomenon.

Passionate about numbers and planning since High School, he developed a life and successful career in the pursuit of excellence in the fields.

Ian's primary focus in the Practice is one of Business Advisory, Budgeting profitability analysis and asset protection.

In addition to this core role, he is actively involved in property developments, advising other developers in areas of compliance, Corporate and Trust Structures.

Andrew McMaster - Senior Accountant
BBus (Acctg), CPA
Experienced in SMSF management and administration, Andrew also advises in taxation planning and business structuring. Budgets and quality cashflow projections is a core skill along with the provision of financial reports for management..

Rosie Chapman - Administration and Human Resources Management
Personal Assistant to Ian, Rosie also ensures smooth running of office administration, human resource matter, drawing upon significant experience in the fields of employment, HRM and office adminstration.

Kana Randell - Data Processor

Kana draws from various administrative roles in multinational companies and bases in Sydney and Japan.

Two years ago, Kana moved to the Sunshine Coast with her husband and is training in Tax Accounting and bookkeeping.
